Despite the Covid-19 outbreak, sales climbed to around $6.5 million in 2019. However, sales stalled in 2020, and she closed her Washington, DC physical outlets.

In September 2020, she secured a $2 million financing round with Chevy Chase, Maryland-based Arbor view Capital, Honest Tea inventor Seth Goldman, and Glen’s Garden Market founder Danielle Vogel.

In the first quarter of 2021, she plans to expand her production kitchen in order to develop her direct to Consumer Company and improve her grocery store presence.
